Pathetic first experience

I have ordered a Vodafone R208 Wi Fi Router on the 4th of January on the Online Shop. I received a reference and courier tracking number. It was supposed to be delivered on January 6. I phoned a few days later and I was told that there is no stock available and that I must phone again the following week to ask when I can expect the delivery.. Next week, the same story, when I phoned this week again I was told the same story and therefore I asked if I can change my order to a R206 router which was apparently in stock. The router was supposed to be delivered yesterday and after phoning today I was informed there is no stock available for this item as well. I find this absolutely pathetic service - why sell goods if it is not available? This is my first experience with Vodacom and thus far it is incredibly bad. After 3 weeks I still dont know when I will receive this router and I am still without internet - I am waiting for Vodacom to give me a reply very urgently otherwise I will never ever be using the services of this company.
