In Nov2012 i was contacted teleponically by nashua moibile informing me i can upgrade my internet package, I asked the lady to keep me on a SIMILAR package (being the 2gig for R149) but rather with a WIFI router. she ASSURED me there was NO DEAL available in that line with that product. I then proceeded to upgrade but with a "better" modem. When i went to collect my modem, a WEEK later, I saw an add for R159 a month, for 2gigs AND a WIFI router. I then asked the sales consultant IF i could rather "upgrade" to that package as it was what i initailly wanted. he said YES, but that it would take another week, as he had to send the modem back and request a wifi router. i have been in the store, COUNTLESS times to fetch my router only to be "offered" the same old router as DAY ONE! I am fed up with their service! none of the consultants have BOTHERED to send the modem back and get the router that i want. so that CLEARLY means that nashua mobile, dont need to have my contract upgraded, that they are ok with another contract that hasnt been upgraded, with giving customers REALLY bad service! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
