I phoned earlier this week to take out a new contract that was approved, then, the same day I phoned to cancel the contract. On Friday, 15/03/2013 I applied again for the same phone but smaller contract it was declined. The concultant said he's going to phone me back in 1 hr's time to give me feedback regarding this. It is 2 hrs later and no feedback from anyone at Vodacom. Why will the 1st contract be approved, which I cancelled and now all of a sudden declined again. I am a very good customer with Vodacom for 11 years and this is the treatment I'm getting. UNACCABTABLE
