Cell c daylight!!!

I need to bring to your attention the gross misconduct from this department!
I took up the cell c data contract for R99 for 2gb monthly and I just received an sms that I was debited R650 from my account!!!
In my dealings with the agent that sold me the contract nowhere did he specify that this was an open contract and I was never informed of when my data apparently "Ran out"
I am highly upset as this is daylight. I would like the recording for the call and I want this to be investigated furthermore I want the amount refunded immediately! I have never received a statement for this contract or any sms stating an amount due I was just taken by surprise and debited!! I hope this is taken seriously and sorted out asap or I will be taking this further with the ombudsman.
