Telecommunications

I have tried to communicate with your call centre and I have not received any joy. I called and spoken to 4 difficult consultant and they all giving me a different amount that I own. When I called I spoke to a consultant by name of Naem (not too sure about the spelling) and he confirmed that my account was not cancelled because I owe an amount of R3.00.
I was then transferred to a credit controller Fedelis who advised me that I am owing the amount of R861 which is the outstanding amount from December (2012) and January (2013). And I called the call centre back and spoke to Allista who advised that I owe R883.70 for the migration fee.

These amounts keeps on changing from time to time and the definition given for what's it's for is different. And if you see the below comment you will see that I was promised a credit by one of your consultant. Vincent.

I am an individual that is not clued up with your processes and if you tell me this and change it tomorrow what I am to do. I am being treated like this cause I have cancelled my contract? I am not confortable paying for any amounts furthe
