I cancelled my contract at Nashua Mobile to end March 2011 and received what should have been my last statement in April 2011. To this day, each month, I have been receiving a statement still. The May 2011 statement had an amount of R0.00. From June 2011 to May 2012 I received a statement each month with a credit note that was issued on the 17th of May 2011. I never received the money indicated on this credit note. From June 2012 the statements kept coming each month with an amount of R0.00.

So firstly, I never received the credit note amount. Secondly, I should not be receiving a statement if there is nothing owed or invoiced, seeing as I cancelled my contract, thus it should no longer exist with Nashua Mobile and neither should my details.

I called the call centre countless times to have the matter resolved, the last was on the 18th of December 2012 and I spoke to Khgabiso and have the reference number 2001922559. I was promised that I will never receive a statement again and that my details have been removed. This has obviously not been done as yet again this month, March 2013, I received another R0.00 statement.

Can someone please sort this out once and for all???
