Deducting my money without my consent

I called MTN in November 2012 to enquire on the procedure to terminate my contract with them, I was advised that i can cancel the contracts but I will have to pay the cancellation fee (the amount was given to me by a call centre agent). In December 2012 I paid the cancellation fee for both my contracts, the proof of payments were sent to MTN. I called the call centre again and advised that i made the payment and that they have to now convert my number back to prepaid, This was done by them. The call centre agent advised that my payment is reflecting and there will be no further deductions from my account as the account was settled. There was no deduction from my account in December however in January they deducted the amount for both the phones. I called the call centre no one could assist me i than dedcided to go to the MTN branch in Westgate when i got to the branch i spoke to a lady and she advised me that the contract have been cancelled however the call centre agent failed to advise me that there will be 1 last debit order (this being in January 2013). I ACCEPTED THE LAST DEBIT ORDER AND TOLD THE LADY THAT IT IS FINE. To my suprise in February 2013 their was another deduction
