Badly dissapointed!

I have transfered my number to 8TA to their special for the unlimited iPhone 5 contract. I went to Menlyn twice, they didn't have stock, I was actually treated with huge disrespect. Woodlands helped me in the end of the day, and I got my phone. They were supposed to transfer my existing number to the simcard. This was supposed to be done at the end of February, today is the 13th of March and it still has not been done. Harrison, Fabio and Verusha dont answer their phones or get back to us. Fabio and the stores make promises they have no intention of keeping. The whole request was only actioned on Monday after I threantened to publish this on HelloPeter. This whole experience is a nightmare so far. I have gone to your stores 8 times so far and have made over 30 phonecalls. All I need is a solution and immediately. There was also a hidden amount of over R1000 that was billed on my account, which was never explained or even in the advertising material. Harrison, Fabio and Verusha should not be working in customer care.
