Unauthorized debit Oder - refund due

In December 2012 I cancelled my acc with Nashua Mobile. Stmts were sent afterwards in which it stated that I was -R60 in credit, but they charged me R10.00 for Postage fee up until my entire credit was utilized only for such costs. Regardless of this, on the 01/08/2013 my bank account was debited with an amt of R2.50. I immediately contacted cust serv and spoke to a consultant by the name of Mulandi on 02/08/2013. He advised that it was a comp generated error on their side and they were to blame for this error. I requested that I be refunded the amount which was deducted from my account, even if it was only R2.50. Mulandi ensured me that this will be done, along with my initial credit that I had and the R10.00 which was deducted over the period of Jan-Aug 2013. We both agreed that the amount to be refunded would be R147.50.I repeatedly asked Mulandi if our conversation was being recorded, for this purpose and he confirmed YES. I have now received a further stmt, reflecting a credit amount of R136.50 on my account. Why? I want the amount of R147.50 refunded (paid out), into my bank acc! I had to follow up the whole - Mulandi failed to phone me back!
