Charges for packet switched data

I have a Broadband 2G contract. Nearly every month I get billed a few hundred rand for Packet Switched Data calls. When I queried it the first time I was told it was from accessing the MTN menu - which I never do!!
I know that GPRS is PSD so I want to know if they use that if you go over your 2GB limit and why they cant indicate that clearly.
On MTNs website under FAQ it also refers to the MTN menu!
I also don't believe I am going over the limit and don't see why they cant just cut me off if they do.
I feel this is shocking service and totally ripping off your customers!
