UNACCEPTABLE RESPONSE

I have been in contact with DSTV for the past couple of weeks regarding my satelite connection. Their IVR system told me to pay a certain amount due by 01/11/2013 but then I thought it`ll be best if I spoke to a consultant.! these consultant kept provided me with different amounts of which overall I had made payment towards. I really don`t appreciate my connection to be de-activated for such ridiculous amounts outstanding cause it was your consultants who advised me of the amounts due. I turn on the TV set this morning only to find it off for some reason i don`t know because the amount was paid up. My wife called in and was advised that my account has an outstanding amount of R5.00. The service I have received within your organisation has been rubbish and I get charged for such incompetency (3x re-connection fee in 3months). The last consultant to speak to was Dennis (if i remember correctly) but I`m sure if you could listen to previous calls, investigate or go through cases via this customer number (75416823) we can get to the bottom of this.
