Broken promise, AGAIN!!

It was noted down by your department that i will be credited my R1000 into my account due to the fact that you guys didnt have vouchers.that was the 20th of February 2013 and the turn around time i was told is 14 days which lapsed on the 11th March 2013. there is no trace of that money in my account two days later. im so tired of fighting this never ending fight i need it over and done with.calling your call centre through this ordeal i have learnt that it does not get me anywhere. EVER!!!
