Invoice paid but I still get smses 9 days late

On the first of the month I received an invoice to settle my account,
The same day I asked for your banking details as the debit order didnt go through.
On the 4th of March the payment was made of R1108 into your account.
Today 9 days later I am getting an sms that my account is in arrears even though I have sent proof of payment to customercare the same day!
Ive settled my account with you, I paid R100 extra, and yet your website still says I am in arrears and I am now getting smses from you saying I am not paying.
Sort your billing out. Ive paid this account on the 4th of March.
