Get called back every time and a lot of promises

Thanks for calling back every time that you received my email but I'm sad to say that's all it is a call back a promise and nothing else. I am tired of asking, tired of fighting and tired or your promises. Maybe it is time to get the Ombudsman on the case. Don't you get tired of telling me about a recording and do nothing about it? There were people here when I talked to the lady about the funeral plan and I can assure you nothing was said about guardianship. Either pay out or keep your money. Enough is enough. No one can do anything about bad services. and it seems as it is a common practice everywhere these days.
