My contract was coming to an end on the 7 March 2013. I called in February to say when my contract finished on the 7 March 2013 I will be cancelling it and go with another provider. On the 7 March 2013 my Vodacom number was off and the number was working on the new provider, but the end of April and May money was debited from my bank. Now as I have been calling the call centre to find out why they are still taking money from my account the can't answer me and hang up. I will like to get my money back as the number is no longer a Vodacom number.
