Unauthorised upgrade done without consent!!!

12/10/2013 i had a query regarding a debit order that bounced in my account. I was told to contact customer service, which i did! and they gave a few run arounds up until i got through to the finance department. I was explained why the debited order bounced and just to confirm i asked when my last payment will be. According to my knowledge my contract IS ending on 28/11/2013 and to my surprise the lady told me that it was actually ending 28/11/2013. I asked her how come and she said i TOOK AN UPGRADE and this was done on the 27/08/2013 its a Samsung Galaxy S4 16G LTE. How does one's account get upgraded without their knowledge or consent, they have not even eplained how this was done and how it can be fixed. They assign new consultants to deal with the query and i was last promised that i will be contacted by the department but till today nothing, so clealy they dont take seriously. I am tired of constatantly wasting my time calling because clearly they dont care about their customers as long as they get their money. I have proof of the contract that i signed and by the end of the November 2013 it should be cleared.

I have lost all faith & trust in VODACOM
