ACCOUNTS PAID FROM WRONG BENEFIT

MY DEP 01 ON MY MEDICAL AID WAS TREATED ON THE 11TH FEB 2013 AND THE 20TH MARCH 2013
AT ST GEORGES HOSPITAL (PRACTICE NO 5807972) FOR EPILEPSY AT THE EMERGENCY ROOM.HE IS REGISTERED ON THE PMB CARE PLAN FOR THIS CONDITION (ICD 10 G40.9). THE HOSPITAL ACCOUNT WAS PAID FROM THE DAY-DAY BENEFIT INSTEAD OF THE PMB BENEFIT.ON THE 6TH OF MARCH I SENT AN EMAIL TO POLMED FOR THE ACC OF THE 11TH FEB TO BE REVERSED AND PAID
FROM THE PMB BENEFIT.THERE WAS NO RESPONSE EVEN WITH FOLLOW UP CALLS TO THE CALL CENTRE.

ON 27 MARCH 2013 I SENT AN EMAIL FOR THE ACCOUNT OF THE 20TH OF MARCH TO BE REVERSED AND RECTIFIED.I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON THE 2 APRIL STATING THAT THE ACCOUNT WILL BE REPROSESED.NOTHING HAS BEEN RECTIFIED YET.
