TV for repairs for more than a month

I bought a Sansui 37 inch on the 27/07/2013. On the 09/08/2013, they TV just started flashing with no pictures. Took it back on the 13th August, And they promised to fix within 21 Days. I went back after the 21 days lapsed and they said its actually 21 Working days but the shop opens 7 days a week. The lady promised to give me the tv within a week. Promise was broken. Went back to the store on the 14/09/2013. They still didnt have my tv and could not give the refund because i didnt have the remote. Which i totally understand. They promised to sort out. Still no feed back or call from them. The lady in customer care (dont remember her name) doesn't want to help. She basically suggested that i dont understand English or the below clause " If we cant fix it in 21days . we will replace it or we will refund. 21 days has elapsed. Maybe i cannot count. Since she said, The fact that the tv is not fixed. It doesnt mean went can't. Its English she said. I need my money back or a new set the same model. Nothing less, nothing more
