Billed for a handset that was never delivered!

On the 19th of February 2013, I was referred to an MTN call centre in Randburg for an upgrade. I went through the renewal process with a call centre agent named Joanne; when done, I was promised that my iPhone5 would be delivered within 5 working days. After the 7th day, I contacted MTN to follow up on the delivery. To my horror, I was informed that I received my phone on the 20th of Feb and this was fiercely disputed. I began a process of contacting the call centre on a daily basis with no help. I even lodged a complaint on the MTN website, still no joy. As a result of frsutration, I even went to the Brooklyn MTNSP service centre, where the staff tried to assist by contacting the call centre on my behalf, still no joy. I'm currently being billed for a handset that I don't have; this I consider a fruadulent activity. All I need, is for MTN to deliver my phone so that I pay for what I have, not what has been delivered to someone else. On delivery, they expected a copy of my ID as well as municipality rates and taxes statement. If the courier stuck to this, I'm sure though proof of delivery, MTN knows the receiver. Please assist.
