Upgrade phone cannot be delivered

When upgrading my phone contract online and ordering a new handset, I was never advised that a PostNet box is not sufficient address for delivery, and I was also never contacted to advise me that delivery could not be made until 1 or 2 days after the handset was supposed to be delivered (in spite of the delivery being advertised as "overnight").

When I was finally contacted and requested to give a new address, I was advised that the handset would be delivered 2 days later, but when I followed up with them 2 days later, I was informed that they have no record of the handset being sent again, and that they were still waiting for the handset to be returned to them, at which time the whole upgrade will be cancelled.

I therefore now have to wait until the whole upgrade has been cancelled (which I apparently have to follow up with myself as well, as they won't let me know when this has happened), before I can request a whole new upgrade and then start this process over again.

I sent Vodacom a complaint via email giving them an opportunity to rectify this issue before submitting this complaint. They have to date not contacted me at all.
