Over Charged Account!

Vodacom charged my account in errors with R1686.50 for the number that i do not use, this happened after I cancelled the contract with them i initially pay R135.00 per month and i have never miss my instalment. this was supposed to be my last month accordingly to the contract. Can someone assist me as soon as possible before the end of the month or otherwise i will do the debit dispute with the bank.
