Iv been patient by this is just too much!!!

To keep it simple, since i ported to cell c iv had a very mixed experience. all that aside, my insurance experience has been an absolute joke! i must have spoken to 10 people in the call centre, 12 people in the business call centre and the 3 people and numerous emails to the insurance company (Finrite). initially, every time i called they would bring up an additional document i needed to submit. no mention of it before and then boom, suddenly its not enough. i ran around all day from police station getting documents they never mentioned. Thats all fine, i understand there is a process, but make up your minds. I also followed the process perfectly. Turn around time from when i was told I needed to submit something - 30 min. Its now 2 weeks since i started this process and still no phone. this is a joke. And i know whats next "sorry sir, we dont have stock of that phone". when they eventually do make contact, thats the response i expect. I wish to move my devices and my companies devices to another insurer because this defeats the purpose of have insurance.
