Number ported to cell c without my knowledge!!!

My number has been ported to cellc without any of my knowledge, I phoned mtn last night and they told me to get an affidavit so they get port my number back to mtn, this process will take bout 72 hours. Firstly it is an inconvenience for me to be running around to the police station for something i did not request for. Secondly you guys should have recordings of such things to make sure that I was never in contact with any cell c consultants. Surely if I say that I have never requested for this you guys should take my word for it as this is my number. What is the point of rica if we have people who can access our numbers, I am running a business and none of my clients can get hold of me because of this nonsense. I want my number ported back to mtn I have no time to be running to the police station.
