Disappointing service

I was recommended by a friend to use Autopage, but must say that the service is not excellent. They were quick in signing me up for a contract but when it came to making an insurance claim, it is extremely frustrating for me. I made a claim for my lost Samsung S3 phone in the week of the 22June2013 and am still waiting for the replacement phone. After phoning the store i decided to go in myself, after getting no response for two weeks. On the first occassion i was told they forgot to submit the paperwork to the insurance company and the second time, i was shown that the claim was being processesd and awaiting approval. After further telephonic enquiries, i was assured that the process takes 6 weeks. Today i called and enquired how long the process takes and was told that it takes a few working days only. i then asked why was i waiting so long and was then told to contact the insurance company myself. i pay my account every month, including insurance and have no outstanding fees and want to know from someone why am i getting this runaround from staff at Autopage? When can i truelly expect to get a replacement for my lost phone? Do they have any? whats going on? Should i cancel
