What a joke of a company

In October told my broker that my car insurance must end on the 27th, as the car was to be traded in, he said about leaving it until the 29th & contact him then, I again told him that car was for sure been sold, he said, "ok, cool.' So after that response, thought he acknowledged&done as to my wishes, 3 months later find out, no, it hasn't been taken off& money is still coming off my husbands account. I resent the e-mails to my broker, there has been no talk of refunding me.

2nd, we had house hold insurance, my broker knew we were moving into the house, I was sent nothing to change the address, so we move in, again knowing he was aware of the move&had given the address, our garage was broken into while we had people in our house, now the insurance won't pay for out bikes. No revised paper work was sent through to me, before we moved in.

3rd, now submit the claim through my broker, change address, oh now we don't have an alarm, but have burglar bars on all windows and if we don't get one within 7 days, we will have a nice excess. All the other insurance agencies I covered today were fine with me not having an alarm.

You people just don't want to pay out, what a joke of a company.
