Pathetic service. I am first told by consultant that in order for my claim for my cell phone I would first have to pay the excess. I would have to pay the maximum amount and once the phone is assessed and it turns out I have to pay in less, I would then be refunded. But I wouldnt just be paying the excess, the example the consultant gave me, it turned out I would also have to pay for the repair. But, after speaking to him for 5 minutes I knew he was a bit clueless about the process. This was confirmed by Quality Management after I called direct to explain my experience. The Call centre manager never returned my call when expected. Once he did contact me he explained the process. If Finrite did their job correctly, my phone would have been collected on 29 May which means I could expect my Repaired phone or replacement to be delivered to me by 06 June. To date nobody has collected my phone. I get a call on 30 May at about 7pm and I am told that in order for my claim to be processes I have to pay the excess... I would love to pay the excess, but only if Finrite could actually DO THEIR JOB & COLLECT MY PHONE! All they care about is the money they want to get out of their client!
