Exceptionally bad service

I've had the misfortune of having to deal with Finrite insurance since losing my phone on the 30th of April 2013.
I remembered that I had insurance on my account (Without a claim for at least 8 years) and phoned Finrite to get the process started.

I was told the process would take a couple of days after the necessary forms were returned, which I quickly returned two days later.

Since then I've had astonishingly bad service from them.
In the last month I've made more than 20 phone calls totally more than 2 hours to them (I actually checked)
on average having to hold 15 minutes to get through.
Whats make things even worse, is that none of the call center agents return any emails.

According to them, the claim was approved on the 21st Of April, but for some reason it has still not been delivered.

I spoke to a Manager (George) last week who assured me it would be sent last week.
As of today, I am still without a phone.

I was so annoyed that I've cancelled my insurance with them, and will most likely cancel my contract with Autopage once its up.
