It took me 4 months to process a claim for R600 with Finrite (Nov 2012 - Feb 2013). Now I am on the phone to cancel the thing. I have been holding on for more than 30 minutes. what is the purpose of your services. this is unacceptable. why provide insurance if you cant do a simple thing as answer the phone???
I am disgusted with Finrite. I am sure there are thousands of people like me. Stop giving people second grade service!!
