NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I have been reporting my telephone 8 x since December 2012. The phone is only o.o.o. when it is raining. I have explained my problem several times but everytime they open a report and then close it as "problem solved" after 2 days. Anyone with a common sense should know that a wire is getting wet somewhere! I have been to the Carletonville branch but they are also not willing to help me with my problem - only interested in selling me an 8-TA contract (which I suppose will also be bad service because it is the same company!

I have cancelled my phone completely because there is NO SERVICE AT ALL! ADSL is not even available in our town! Only a dial-up mode (40.0 kbps).
