Download :: 41 Kbps 5 kB/s Upload :: 47 Kbps I have a 2048 kbps ADSL account and after numerous misleading answers to my inquiry - namely:1) There is a team working on the problem 2) THere is congestion at the exchange 3) THe wrong call was being fixed 4) We have escalated the call 5) The exchange is being upgraded
Absolutely nothing has happened and I am getting less than dial up speeds on an expensive ADSL contract
They clearly refuse to fix the problem (Its been going on for a month now)
