Dropping of internet connections and slow internet

I already complained on this site and i got a response from Telkom but the problem was never solved, i opened a fault again with the ref. 587ctk011012 and the last i received an update was on 2 Oct 2012. Telling me that the problem is being handled. Well the problem has not been solved yet and it's been going on since June 2012, if been reporting a calling telkom several times and nothing is being done about this problem. We are using a 4Mb line it is impossible to even browse websites and stuff. It's not supposed to be so slow. Then the modem just loses it's connection and the whole internet shuts down and to get it up and running again we must restart the whole modem. The problem is not the modem cause we have several modems. I want to know what's going on and very fast cause this can't go on, how many times do we have to report this a fault for anyone to respond and solve this? Because it can't take 7 Months to resolve this.
