I have reported my telephone numerous times (no Line) since 19 December 2012 . Three Technicians came to my house to attend to the problem, two of them left without telling us that they were leaving. They reported the problem as resolved to Telkom although the problem was still unresolved. Everytime when they left we received a sms stating that the problem was resolved and everytime we had to phone Telkom and inform them that the problem still exist.

The last Technician said she will bring her Supervisor the next day- the next day she was missing in action. The last reference number allocated to me was 75CTZ060113 and is still active.
