REFUND REJECTED! no explanation... shocking service

Logged a query on 11 Feb 2013 and till today it is still outstanding!! so unacceptable however they expect payment after duplicating my account...
One of the 2 queries resolved only to hear again this morning after a follow up from myself that the 2nd once has been rejected... WHAT A JOKE!!! they duplicate my account and then reject the refund...
THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
