I cancelled DSTV on the 31st of December 2013. To date I have not received a refund. Dstv first said refund was rejected as incorrect amount used. Not my fault. Then it was approved then I was told it takes 7 days to reflect as it is a cheque. Today I was contacted it has been returned, due to incorrect banking details. Needless to say its the same account details you use to debit my account. I then said I will collect payment at N1 city. I phoned N1 city to arrange this after a 20min phone call I put down, this is costing me more in trying to get my refund than the refund is worth. I want to be compensated and refunded immediately. This is unacceptable
