Chronic meds ALways have to pay, Refund nightmare

I am at my wits end MY lily dosage was increased in May had to get earlier script IT was a nightmare hundreds emails before refund. This month Same problem! I get managers call me and NEVER follow through so am left Discovery has acknowledge system error with this and NEVER fixes it Was called last week after umpteenth time told its fixed Sat in HUGE queue only to have to pay again I have submitted this claim 23 June for refund so far over 10 emails 5 calls and now this am get response rejected as claim exceeded limit YES thi is Discovery error and NO One at claims or health queries knows this No one can fix this error It is CRAZY I delayed my repeat just so could get this resolved The managers are unacceptable THere have been a dozen THey make one phone call Promise to follow through NOT ONE has What more must a customer do I am entitled to my chronic medication without this monthly abuse! How can system issues be so long unresolved and customer left with this refund NIGHTMARE"""""UNACCEPTABLE AND COSTLY The turn around time being over a month now is UNACCEPTABLE that not resolved NOT escalating to senior management who can resolve UNACCEPTABLE No accountability follow through
