On March 27 I overpaid our Multichoice account, it is a prepaid service. I paid R3000.00 as opposed to R300.00 i just want a refund Neo Pele whom was assisting me through their call centre assured me i wll get my refund in 14 working days, today out of curiosity i followed up on my call and was told my refund is rejected because i didnt submit supporting documents, no-one bothered to inform me i needed to and also when i spoke to Neo I asked her where and whom do i email my proof of payment she told me there is no need to as they can see on their side that payment is made, now am requested all sorts of documents for my refund and a further waiting period am not happy with this service am receiving i would like my refund due to me and if there is anything I need to send i need confirmation of such in writing but in a nutshell today the 2 calls i made to the call centre where handled in a bad way as if i knew that i needed to send proof to them when they failed to inform me with my first call and when they decide to reject my refund due to me they Multichoice never bothered to contact me in anyway even though on 28 March they requested to cnfirm my details, i want my money back
