Due to financial reasons, i've had to cancel my contract, which was already a year over due. i was happy to stick to month to month cause i though vodacom were great. However when i went to cancel, no one tells you its with immediate effect, i was under the impression at the end of the month the contract ends, HOWEVER they expect you to pay the months fee's when they aren't aren' providing you with a service for the rest of the month. i have now lost my BIS and all my free minutes that i HAVE PAID for! I'm shocked and disgusted, that the incorrect information i'snt supplied! i would have never canceled the contract had i known. i will not stop complaining about this, nor will i stop telling my friends about this bad experience. i want answers!!!
