RECEIVED A CALL TO RENEW MY ADSL FOR ANOTHER 24 MONTHS. WENT TO TELKOM STORE TO GET NEW MODEM AND SIGN NEW CONTRACT. AFTER A HALF AN HOUR IN WAITING ROW, I WAS TOLD THAT I CANNOT RENEW BECAUSE TELKOM IS NOT MY PROVIDER! I PAY A LOT EVERY MONTH ON MY TELKOM ACCOUNT JUST FOR THE THE USE OF ADSL - WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?
