Good Day Vodacom Consumer Website Team, my reference number is: 322915033, I have not heard anyfeed back from Vodacom till today and yet I get a voice message that an amount of R 3 372.26 will be deducted from my account this month, how is that possible? You dont give me feedback yet you want me to pay such a huge amount when onne from Vodacom is willing to handle my querie and give me feedback is that too much to ask for??? My contract per month is R 515.00 how the did it get to R 3 372.26? I need answers as aoon as possible or is my request falling into deaf ears???
If that is the case then I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT PLEASE...!!!

I am not happy with the service that I am receiving from Vodacom at all and I want this issue solved before I can make any payment and therefore I want to cancel my contract with Vodacom, I will take my business where I will be treated like a client and appreciated... I AM NOT HAPPY WITH HOW VODACOM TREAT THEIR CLIENTS AND I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED
