You gave me the wrong info and are now costing me

So I have had this data contract with Cell C for a while at R249 a month for 3GB. I then found a better one through 8-ta at R299 for 20GB, 10 in the day, then at night. Not needing two contracts I call Cell C, in the presence of my office staff (I have 5 witnesses), and ask them if I can cancel the contract, She say yes it is month to month you can cancel. I then sign up with 8 ta, and once my line is active, I call Cell C to cancel, and get told that i have 6 months left on the contract.

If the i had spoken to on the phone had done their home work i would not be in this situation.
Your employee's mistake is now costing me R299 a month.

Pull the call i made to Cell C around a month ago, and you will hear the incorrect information I was supplied, once this is done, let me out of the balance of the contract which is 6 months, as your employee do not understand protocol.

P.S I have complained about Cell C before on here, under the alias vox, but I have lost my password, and you guys were notoriously. I had to arrive at your head office in Sandown before 4 times.
Please do not get a waste of oxygen to contact me, or i will tear them apart.
