I entered in a contract with Vodacom, for a data deal that was and still is widely advertise in the media. 1 Gig during day and 1 Gig at night per month for R99/pm. So I paid for the simcard and the first month subscription. But when after a month they could not get me connected because of probably 1/2 dozen different reasons and excuses I clearly seen it as a breach of contract on there side and requested that the contract must be canceled. They accepted the simcard, the dongle back and a letter was send away with instructions that the contract should be canceled. The problem is that after 4 months i'm still being charge for this contract so my money is taken by Vodacom for something that I do not have anymore and something that i was never able to use not even 1bite. So is there anyone that can help me sort out this mess.
