I UPGRADED LAST THURSDAY (UPGRADED), GOING FROM A BB 9700 TO A BB Z10. THINKING THAT I WAS UPGRADING, THE PHONE WILL HAVE THE SAME AND MORE FEATURES THAN THE PREVIOUS ONE.

AFTER EXPLORING THE PHONE AND DOWNLOADING THE NECESSARY APPS, THERE IS NO WHATSAPP.

I REQUESTED IF I COULD EXCHANGE THE PHONE FOR A SAMSUNG, AND WAS TOLD NO FROM THE AREA MANAGER VASI REDDY (WHO NEVER EVER ACTUALLY BOTHERED TO RETURN MY CALLS). I THEN GOT HOLD OF SHAHIM WHO IS ABOVE VASI, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIM, WHO WAS ALSO NOT WILLING TO ASSIST, YOU CANNOT GET THE NUMBER FOR HIS MANAGER, I WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME BACK - WELL I AM STILL WAITING.

WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS ON THE SAT / SUN AND MONDAY I PHONED 808 AND THEY ALL INFORMED ME I CAN EXCHANGE THE PHONE AS LONG AS IT IS WITHIN THE 7 DAY PERIOD, WELL NOW IT IS OVER THE 7TH DAY, AND GETTING ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE.

I HAVE 7 CONTRACTS WITH MTN. I AM SERIOUSLY GOING TO CANCEL ALL AND MOVE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER.
