I went to vodacom on sunday (Fathers day) to upgrade both my phone as well as my phone as the contracts were due to be upgraded. once we had received the phones namely the Nokia 520s my moms phone proceeded to overheat even when used for normal tasks such as typing messages or browsing facebook and naturally this should NOT be happening when i phoned to ask if i could return the phone as we have only had it 3 days and its overheating they informed me that no they have to send it away for assessment before they can exchange the phone even though there is a 7 day refund/exchange period!! what the does my mother now do while her phone is away for assessment and all i get is an oh well that's how it is, i find this disgusting considering we looked past not being able to upgrade online due to whatever reason they gave and having to pay in on the phones as well as having to pay the upgrade fee!! i find the principle of this absolutely horrid and the nature of that service is really lacking
