Inefficient Service

Electronics and household app.

I dropped off my Samsung S3 on the 19/07 & during the following leading to the date of 27/07 I received 3 calls from the repair center advising me that my phone was ready for collection. Before I even left the service center my phone still had a sign for software update of which I went to the technician and he informed me I should ignore it and all was well. On arrival at home I started trying to install my apps and I struggled for a few hours then gave up. I went back on Saturday & explained that I am unable to access play store to restore my apps, and he spend another 30 minutes first upgrading the very software he advised me to ignore the previous day, then trying to download the play store for downloading apps. He gave the phone back & indicated that MTN is slow thus me struggling with downloading data. He then gave back my phone and indicated that all was well and if I had further problems I should return to the center as they were about to close for the day. I left reluctantly and unsatisfied & still experiencing the problem with the play store not responding, & touch screen not responding. Can Samsung SA pls help me clearly the 14th Ave branch cant and its plain inefficiency
