I upgraded on Sunday 29/12/2013 to the iPad mini with Retina. After 3 days i returned the iPad having noticed a fault on the screen. The person told me that they could not exchange it and had to send it in. After being told when I upgraded that within 7 days if I bring a faulty device back they will exchange. After a week I contacted them, they said Vodacom is looking at the device. After another week on thursday 16/01/2014 I phoned again and was told the device had been replaced but with my old packaging. When i got to the store and open the box, the "New" device was full of dents at the back. The Girl then said they will send it back again and they can't do anything without the manager who was on leave and will only be back the next day. So on saturday 25/01 I went back and stil no manager. only a "Team Leader" (Elani) who was Very rude and unwilling to help. After phoning customer care and another vodashop branch we were told that they had to exchange it. I then went back again on saturday asking for a upgrade reversal to be told that she can't do anything without the manager. She said she will contact the manager on monday and start the reversal and let me know. Still nothing.
