I upgraded my handset on the 06 August and on the same day informed the store that I was not happy with the choice of phone and returned the phone unused in its original packing, The store refused to exchange the phone and I explained to the Consultant that both of them did not explain the fine print and they admiiited that they failed to do so. I consulted with the Store Manager and she said that I can only return the purchase if the handset was faulty and I have explained to her that was never explained and she said that I signed the documentation and I informed her that the document do not state that I will not be able to exchange the handset for another HANDSET it just stated that I can exchange in 7 days and that was never explained to me, she said that she find it hard to believe and its my word against the Consultant and status quo remains. In the 7 day period contacted the Call centre but fell on deaf ears know one could assist me and said its at the Stores discretion to make the decision. The outcome of complaint is to exchange the handset for a different one and as a loyal consumer of MTN I can't believe the disgusting quality of service I received. VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT
