Slow Internet and Pathetic Service from Management

My internet has barely been working for the last two weeks. I have called their hotline at least 10 times this past few days after having to wait between 30 and 60 minutes each time before I reach a Cybersmart representative.

The representatives and their managers are not very helpful and clued up. I have had their representatives promise me that the manager will call me back but nothing. I even had a representative put the phone down on me just as I got through to them after waiting so long. I had a Manager blame Telkom for the problem I am experiencing with my internet and when I got Telkom in on 2 separate occasions, they reassured me that my Telkom line was fine.

I have been emailing and asking to speak to the Managers and even asked to have a Director return my call but no one gets back to me. Every person that I speak to gives me a different reason for the problem. The staff don't even seem that interested in trying to help their customers. They claim to be the fastest internet service provider in SA but really its just pathetic service.

Can anyone recommend an alternative internet service provider.
