Very upset with bad service

I took a cellphone cotract with Cellc and they delivered my phone on the 29/01/2013 and when i started using it the phone's speaker was faulty and i reported it and they fetched it from me on the 04/02/2013 and i sent a cancellation letter of my contract on the 05/02/2013 as the contract was still under the 7 days window period and i phoned cellc to confirm if they have recieved the cancellation letter and they confirmed reciept and ever since nobody has come back to me for any feedback and to make matters worse they debited my account on the 15/02/2013 and when i phoned them to arrange for a refund they still have not contacted me and i have phoned them for more than 10 times regarding these two matters and i'm so tired of being taken from pillar to post when contact their call centre.
