My wi-fi internet connection disconnected on the 18th Dec 2012. I logged the fault and was told I would get a call response back that day, I heard nothing back. After the 3rd time calling I finally asked to speak to a manager and was put through to someone who then helped me. They sent Telkom out to fix the problem and I was told by them that the external line was faulty and that it would be fixed. I never heard from Telkom again, I then called Web Africa back to tell them my internet was still down. They told me they would resolve the problem and get hold of Telkom and get back to me that day, again nothing back from them. I called again after a few days spoke to that manager and was told that Telkom would fix it but need to wait for cables to arrive. They said they would keep me updated on the problem. I never heard from them again, I called two days ago asked to speak to a manager and was told he was out but that they would see what the problem was and call me back. Still nothing back. I have now had no internet for two months, and although they are not charging me for the downtime the point is I have no communication from them on the matter at all.
