6 days and still no internet access via Cybersmart

I have cancelled my account with another ISP because of bad service. I have applied with Cybersmart and was at first very impressed with the service we got. We got our Telkom line, Cybersmart applied for our adsl and we received our router. We at first had a connection problem that was solved. So on the 26th we had internet but then our connection kept dropping. Sunday we called Telkom and was informed that there were too much noise on the line. We then called Cybersmart and reported it. In the mean time Shawaal keeps pasting on our status that there is no problem with the line. The Telkom technician was here today. He checked that all was okay at home and said that he will swop our port at the exchange. We called Cybersmart to find out why we still don't have access. Setting was checked and still no internet. Jan then suggested we test the router by asking somebody if we can test our router on their line or try their router! This is now good enough. We have been waiting patiently for our line. We get billed from the 26th but we don't have internet access. This is not on! We paid for it and the setup fee to have a quality product. We want service now please.
